Complimentary Trifecta Theory Class Monday at 6:45pm

Coming in 2015 we will be offering a workshop called The Trifecta Theory.  This comprehensive restorative workshop will repair and rejuvenate your body while enhancing the fluidity and efficiency of your movements.  This is a hands-on workshop taught by three talented instructors uniting their specialties:  Heather Hart, Linda King, and Colin Kirts.
