Get Fit for the Summer!

This week we kick off the 3rd season of The Biggest Winner.  It's not too late to sign up.  Last season's winner lost 35 pounds.  Get fit by the summer!

We have designed The Biggest Winner Program to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your health and fitness goals. This comprehensive, encouraging three month program will help you to make the lifestyle modifications needed to achieve your goals.

The Biggest Winner program includes:

  • Two training sessions per week for 12 weeks
  • Two balanced and personalized nutrition sessions
  • $80 in Café Bucks to support your healthy diet
  • 30 minute sports massage
  • Reiss Motivational Assessment and personal consultation
  • Fun and rewarding team challenges along the way

The Biggest Winner is the contestant who earns the most points. Points are earned by participating in fitness classes, participating in team challenges, percentage of weight loss, maintaining a food diary, meeting with a nutritionist, total inches lost and percentage of improvement in baseline fitness challenges.  Prizes are awarded throughout the program to help keep you engaged and motivated.

Program Requirements:

  • Maintain official Biggest Winner health and fitness log
  • Participate in two training sessions per week
  • Weekly Weigh in
  • Total cost of program is $1750
