Group Fitness Schedule Changes


Now you can take TRX class twice a week!!  Starting this week, December 16th we are offering TRX on both Mondays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 9:00am.  Build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.  Also starting this week, the Pilates Mat class will no longer be offered on Thursdays at 8:30am.
