Healthy Perspective - Boot Camp

What is A.M. Boot Camp?

An athletic-based workout incorporating sports training drills, strength training, cardio conditioning, kickboxing, plyometrics, ab work, flexibility and agility training, and more. A variety of workouts will be provided using boot camp-style training as well as some mainstream formats such as Insanity, P90X, and R.I.P.P.E.D.

Workouts will change weekly to keep the body guessing.  This will help you bust through plateaus and reach your personal best!

All levels are welcome to take this class.  Your coach, Kathy Gebeau will provide you with modifications if needed. Gloves are recommended.

Kick off your weekend right with this awesome workout!!  Saturday mornings at 9:30am.
