In the spirit of teaching a man to fish, I am now offering two new services at The Solebury Club.

Active Isolated Stretching:  A gentle rhythmic means of lengthening muscle tissue and releasing fascia.  Safe and effective stretching suitable for pre or post workout or as a routine all it's own.

Effective Foam Rolling: Self myofascial release.  Relieves restriction by breaking up adhesions and softening tissue. 

These can be used in combination to soften and lengthen muscle and fascia.  Learn a few tools you can use to feel better, to help relieve muscle soreness and increase your comfortable range of motion. Being effective takes some know how and I am here to coach you through it. Ask for details at the front desk. I look forward to working with you.
