What really makes us fat?  Do we put too much emphasis on counting calories?  I read an interesting article on a study that found "Cutting Back On Carbs, Not Fat, May Lead To More Weight Loss".  In the study, the two groups ate about the same amount of a calories.  The low-fat group lost about 4 pounds, whereas the low-carb group's average weight loss was almost 12 pounds.
