Meet Our New Instructors


Carey Campbell:
Carey teaches a high intensity 45min Pump class incorporating intervals of weights and cardio alongside HIIT training on Mondays at 8:45am.  She will also be alternating teaching the Pump Fusion class on Thursdays at 9:30am.

Amy Everett:
Amy teaches Spinning® on Mondays at 8:30am.  She has tons of different class formats to keep you from getting bored, Sing~alongs to Tabata style classes, 500 jumps to 10 minute hills -a 60 minute hill climb that you will leave you feeling like you could conquer anything!

Linda King:
Linda teaches a challenging TRX class on Mondays at 9:30am and a Semi-Private TRX class on Wednesdays at 9:00am, reservations required.  She will push you to help you reach your goals!

Sheryl Sussman:
Sheryl teaches classical Pilates Mat exercises that will strengthen the deep muscles of your abdomen, hips and spine while increasing range of motion on Thursdays at 8:30am.
