Nancy's Healthy Recipe of the Month - October


Multi Seed Crackers

1 cup water or broth

½ cup flax seeds

½ cup chia seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds, salted or unsalted

½ cup pumpkin seeds

  • Your choice of seasoning: black pepper, chili, onion or garlic powder, oregano, rosemary or thyme
  • Mix in bowl and let sit for 10 minutes so chia and flax become gelatinous.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment and spray with cooking spray or oil.
  • Spread seed batter on pan and until less than 1/4 " thick.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and slice with a pizza cutter.
  • Turn crackers and return to oven for an additional 20-30 minutes.
  • Store in airtight container. Stays fresh for a week!
