Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 to 7:45. Core Fusion-yoga combined with pilates and functional conditioning. Strengthen your core, increase your range of motion and find blissful repose. A 'fusion' of the flow of yoga poses with the repetition of pilates exercises and the core strength building of functional conditioning. All done in a heated room. The results:better sports performance, fewer injuries, greater stamina, more flexibility.
