New Class Schedule for Saturday

Join Kathy Gebeau on Saturday mornings for two great fitness classes to kick-off your weekend!

A.M. Bootcamp at 8:30am

An athletic-based workout incorporating sports training drills, strength training, cardio conditioning, kickboxing, plyometrics, ab work, flexibility and agility training and more!  All levels.  Gloves recommended.

Kickboxing at 9:30am

An awesome interval class of combo's on the bag, core training and lots of lower body sculpting to make this class a complete workout.  All levels.  Gloves necessary.
