Saturdays at 9:30am with Eric
A total body workout including strength and endurance that maximizes cardiovascular capacity and fat burning.  This high intensity interval training class includes a challenging mix of plyometrics, multi-joint exercises and core training using bands, kettlebells, TRX, slam balls and more.  "Maximum effort = Maximum Results"

Adult/Youth Karate
Saturdays at 10:30am
Adult Class with Sensei Alexanderson
Youth Class with Sensei Schwartz
This class is for candidate yellow belts & up

Yoga-Svaroopa Foundations
Sundays at 10:30am with Kerry (starts 10/19)
Spinal opening poses guaranteed to give core release.  Poses are not flowing, but are held for periods of several minutes while comfortably supported using blankets, blocks and other props
