Warrior Training


Want to compete in a Spartan or Tough Mudder race?  Looking for a new way to train?  Then this class is for you!  Transform your body into warrior shape by using highly intense functional body movements.  Constantly varying the workout through different fundamental movements with minimal rest will prepare you for the ultimate test.  As a group train and eventually participate in a Spartan race in the spring.
