Welcom Eric Yeager!

Eric is a recent graduate from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Science.  Eric comes to The Solebury Club after completing a six month internship at Peak Performance where he gained experience as personal trainer as well as a group fitness instructor including semi-private small group training sessions.  In addition, Eric has developed group training programs for athletes looking to enhance their performance in their chosen sport.

If you are looking to challenge yourself with a new workout give Eric's Max Burn 800 a try on Saturday mornings at 9:30am.  This new class offers a total body workout including strength and endurance  that maximizes cardiovascular capacity and fat burning.  This high intensity interval training class includes a challenging mix of plyometrics, multi-joint exercises and core training utilizing bands, kettlebells, TRX, slam balls and more.
