What does love mean to you as a yogi?

In your classes, in your home practice-throughout your life-contemplate love, whatever it may mean to you. Ask what does it mean as a yogi? Is it different than non-yogically? What have you learned about love through living this lifetime? What does love feel like? Are there different kinds of love? If so, what are they? Are there different stages of love? If so, what are they? What is self love? And what is Self love? Is love a state? Is love a practice? Is love a feeling, directed at someone or something? How does your practice open you to love?

What great quotes do you have to share about love? What insights and experiences?

During the month of February, we can post our thoughts about love on the bulletin board in the hallway. The paper slips in the studios are now pink for this purpose.  Your post can be anonymous or signed.

Let's spark a conversation among ourselves about this most important topic.

AND- we have a special offer for the week of Valentine's Day, Sunday, February 12th through Saturday, February 18th. Bring a loved one- family or friend- who has not done yoga at our studios- to a class, and both of you can be entered in a drawing to win either a massage with Alex Krishtul in the spa, or an Embodyment(Svaroopa yoga therapy) with Kim Zikmund.

Do more yogic loving.
