FREE INTRO TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION


Wednesday, September 13th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Whether you are new to meditation or already have a meditation practice, cultivating mindfulness can bring a deeper level of self-knowledge and richness to your life right now.

With mindfulness we learn to pay attention to present moment experience, rather than being lost in thoughts or worries about the past or future. In this way, we can meet each moment of our lives with less judgment, more openness and kindness.

This intro will be led by mindfulness meditation teacher, Hilary Peirce, who has extensive training in mindfulness meditation and has completed the teaching practicum for professionals at The Mindfulness Institute at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. "Cultivating awareness brings new opportunities to experience the world, and our lives, with more intimacy and joy."
