MONTHLY GROUP MEDITATION-Friday, November 14th, 6:30 to 8pm


Meditating in a group is one of the most effective ways to develop a regular meditation practice.

-Come experience the depth of your own Self.

-Hear a talk from the ancient yogic teachings on "The Purpose of Meditation".                                                                                        

-Let Grace make it easy for you.

Friends and family are always welcome.

No poses are done. You will be seated comfortably.

The group meditation is lead by Maureen Shortt, Yoga Director.

While the event is free we ask that you register at the front desk so that we have a count.
