  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m
  • Poses flow and are linked together with breathe and movement. Builds flexibility and strength

Svaroopa Foundations with Deb Langer

  • Fridays from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • A Core release practice, softening tension in the muscles that attach along the length of your spine. Poses are not flowing, but held for periods of several minutes while comfortably supported using blankets, blocks and other props.
