                    You can take Amber's class first, from 10:30 to noon, to open your spine and your mind,  to be ready to slide into meditation.

Hear a talk by Maureen Shortt, Yoga Director, from the ancient yogic teachings on "Anxiety" and how meditation can help relieve it.  Then Maureen will lead the group into this simple, mantra based meditation, followed by a discussion on people's experiences.                                    

As always, the meditation is free, so invite family and friends. Just let the front desk know who is coming.

 This is great way to be introduced to meditation because it is so easy to meditate within the group.
