SEPTEMBER GROUP MEDITATION


Join us on Thursday, September 17th, from 11:30am to 1pm for group meditation.

Hear a talk from the ancient teachings on meditation.

Chant with the group to draw your body and mind into the meditative state.

Learn the mantra most repeated through all time, which carries with it the power of Grace to take you to your own Self.

Share your meditation experiences with those who have had similar experiences, to carry the effects into your whole life.

Maureen Shortt, Yoga Director and certified Meditation Trainer and Group Meditation Leader, will facilitate.

Seating is comfortable.

No experience is necessary.

Family and friends are welcome and it is free.
