Yoga Beginner Series


This 4 week session is an introduction to yoga for new students, a re-introduction for those who have been away for a while and want to get back into it as well as a review of the fundamentals for anyone who wants to go deeper into their own practice.  We will cover the things you should know about attending yoga classes, postures, breathing and relaxation.

Four week session:

Saturdays – 10:15 to 11:15 am in the Om Studio

Session #1 – 1/23 to 2/13

$60 for the session by January 15. $20 Drop in fee.  (This is not included in memberships or packages)

(There are no make up classes).
