Deborah completed her Foundations of Svaroopa Yoga course in 2017.

I began practicing Hatha yoga in 2014. After a tailbone injury which left me with a burning sensation in my feet, I began to search for an alternative/holistic way to deal with my pain. Svaroopa Yoga was my answer. The healing benefits I received by releasing the spinal tensions in my spine were amazing.

Svaroopa Yoga has been described as being, "deceptively easy with its gentle poses but the healing power is so profound". Every day I am a walking example of the benefits of Svaroopa Yoga. I am very excited to be a part of the Svaroopa Yoga Community.
