A.M. Boot Camp


Saturdays at 9:30am

Kick off your weekend right with an athletic-based workout incorporating sports training drills, strength training, cardio conditioning, kickboxing, plyometrics, ab work, flexibility and agility training, and more!  A variety of workouts will be provided using boot camp-style training as well as some mainstream formats such as Insanity, P90X, and R.I.P.P.E.D. Workouts will change weekly to keep your body guessing, helping you bust through plateaus and reach your personal best.  Modifications provided for all levels.  Gloves recommended.

Your instructor, Kathy Gebeau will coach you through this awesome workout!
