Congratulations to Laura Carloni

Laura won our FREE 30 Day Body Transformation Challenge.  Laura stuck to a great workout regimen that consisted of 3 resistance fitness classes a week and as a result she lost 11 pounds and dropped 4.2% of her body fat.  Laura now has a new routine that includes Kickboxing, TRX and Max Burn 800 she also enjoys Pump Fusion and Cross Functional Training.  Laura is a great example of how hard work pays off.  Our trainers and fitness instructors get results, consider changing the way you train and the next winner could be YOU!
