Pasta with Avocado Pesto


4 cloves garlic, minced
4 avocados, shelled and pitted
2 cups fresh basil, chopped
3-4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (use more oil if avocados are firmer)
2 tablespoons milk of choice
1 pound pasta cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients (except pasta) in a food processor, blender or by hand, toss with cooked pasta and salt and pepper to taste if needed.
