Small Group Training with Brian

Join our workout group on Mondays at 8:30am, Wednesdays at 9:00am and Fridays at 9:00am.  You will sculpt and strengthen your whole body all while incorporating cardio into this 60 minute workout.  Kettle bells, dumbbells, TRX and your own body weight are used for a great workout!  So join us and keep your workouts going strong!  No charge ($10 a session for Bronze members, $30 non-members).  To learn more about Brian, click here.
