A.M. Boot Camp

An athletic-based workout incorporating sports training drills, strenght training, cardio conditioning, kickboxing, plyometrics, ab work, flexibility and agility training, and more!  A variety of workouts will be provided using boot camp-style training as well as some mainstream formats such as Insanity, P90X, and R.I.P.P.E.D.  Workouts will change weekly to keep your body guessing, helping you bust through plateaus and reach your personal best.  Modification provided for all levels. Gloves recommended.  Kathy Gebeau will coach you through this awesome workout!  50min


This exhilarating class will give you the long lean muscles of a dancer by toning your seat, abs and arms while it strengthens your legs and core. Highly effective exercises are performed at the barre and on the floor, taking your muscles to the point of fatigue. Each strength section is followed by a stretching interval. 60 min

A full-body high intensity workout that includes functional movements. This class incorporates strength and endurance training. 60 min

The Feldenkrais Method

Uses a combination of movement, directed attention, guided exploration and education to engage the ability of our brain to change and allows us to discover and alter those patterns that limit our potential. 60min

Flow Yoga

Vinyasa-based, poses 'flow' and are linked together with movement and breath.  Slower pace and focus on holding poses longer with correct alignment and proper stance.  Open to all levels; beginners welcome.  A mild to moderate workout. 75min

KRock Boot Camp

Variety of formats including partner workouts, team exercises, and circuit training. You will work at your own pace while being motivated by the group and KRock. All levels welcome, but come ready to work! 60min

Svaroopa® (swa-roo-pa) Yoga

A core release practice, softening tension in the muscles that attach along the length of your spine. Poses are not flowing, but held for periods of several minutes while comfortably supported using blankets, blocks and other props. None of these poses are stretches-they are core spinal muscle releasing poses.

Svaroopa Foundations

Primary spinal opening poses. Guaranteed to give core release, as well as the essentials to practice at home. Students new to Svaroopa yoga are requested to take 10 Foundations classes before being considered forthe Continuing classes.

Svaroopa Continuing

Monthly themes take you through a variety of spinal release poses, as well as teaching you how to keep your spine open in daily life. You must have a daily home Svaroopa practice(learned in Foundations classes), as well as the instructor's consent, to do these classes.

Tabata BootcampTM

The perfect mix of strength and cardio. It incorporates short bursts of work going from hard to hardest followed by minimal rest. Every aspect in how Tabata Bootcamp™ is taught reinforces positive change and strengthens the body and mind to create long term success. Vinyasa Yoga

Classes in which the poses flow and are linked together with movement and breath. The sequence of poses may be different from class to class but always progress from basic to more complex. Vinyasa classes build strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Foundations

For students new to yoga and/or who need to proceed slowly due to deconditioning, injury or preference. Basic explanations and support are provided. A mild workout.

Vinyasa Level 1

Students continue to build strength, skills, and focus. Poses are broken down into easy, accessible movements. Students are taught to modify poses to stay within safe limitations. It is recommended to have done at least 10 Vinyasa Foundations classes before taking a Level 1 class. A moderate workout.

Vinyasa Level 2

For those with an established practice, who are willing to modify as needed. Offering vigorous sequences which may include more advanced poses such as arm balances and inversions. A moderate workout.

Vinyasa Level 3

For students with an established practice, good body awareness, knowledge of how to modify, and those seeking advanced options. Students will be introduced to more challenging poses that are explored from various vantage points, including holding longer, and requirements of greater strength and flexibility such as arm balances, inversions, backbends and binds. A challenging workout.

Vinyasa Sunrise Yoga

A complete yoga experience in one hour's time, with emphasis on both breath work and alignment.  Sequences are tied into the Vinyasa monthly yoga curriculum, and are designed to warm your body, release holding, and leave you feeling refreshed. A moderate workout.

Weight Training

Weight lifting for every major muscle group.  Proper posture, correct lifting techniques and core engagement emphasized.  All fitness levels welcome.  60min

Yoga Hot Flow

Physical challenges, 95 degrees and sweat .Each pose series is repeated for 8 weeks to give you focus. Accessible for the beginner and experienced student.  A challenging workout.

Yoga Hot

A set sequence of 26 poses done in a hot room--at least 105 degrees. Please hydrate and bring a towel-you will sweat! Poses are held and do not flow into one another. Our most challenging non- Vinyasa class.

Yoga Gentle

Poses are held, not flowing, and supported for each student, to allow the body to slowly open and stretch.

Zumba® Latin Dance

Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training. It is the mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps. Come join the party! 60min
