Stimulate. Don't Annihilate. I utilize proper meal timing to optimize body composition and fuel performance. Progression comes from adding units of volume each week, whether from adding sets, adding reps, adding weight or a combination of the three. I fuse science with practical application to give clients their best bodies ever and teach the health education piece that is often lost. Fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand and being able to manipulate both gives us optimal results.
