Meditation has been proven to lessen the physical, mental and emotional effects of stress.

At this time of the year you may be particularly aware of the toll stress takes on you.

Join us for group meditation on Tuesday, December 15th, from 11: 30 to 1pm.

Maureen Shortt, Yoga Director and certified meditation group leader, will give a talk on meditation from the ancient yogic teachings and then lead the group in a simple mantra meditation. Mantra is sacred words repeated that have a positive effect on your mind and on your life.

Our group meditations are always free and open to anyone. Seating is comfortable.

Meditating with a group is an easy way to learn to meditate, or to recharge your daily meditation practice.
