MEDITATION-It's the best cure for stress


It seems paradoxical to tell you to do one more thing to help with the stress of all you already do. Meditation doesn't change what's going on outside you- but it changes how you handle it inside.  And that makes all the difference.

Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:10 PM with Ian Heim

Thursdays from 11 to 11:40 AM with Maureen Shortt

TAKE THE YOGA CLASS JUST BEFORE MEDITATION AND THEN SIT RIGHT UP AND SLIDE INTO MEDITATION:
Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm Vinyasa Foundations
Thursdays from 9:30 to 11 Continuing Svaroopa® (Note you must have done 10 Svaroopa Foundations classes before taking  Continuing Svaroopa classes)

IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING THE YOGA CLASS BEFORE- THAT'S OK-YOU WILL BE EASILY LED INTO YOUR MEDITATION.

AND- there is no charge for the meditation classes. All are welcome. No registration necessary.
